    Fabulous

Hotel staff were very friendly, spoke good English & very helpful.

Room had a slight smell of stale smoke Had to close windows at night due to noise, but room was big enough for it not to get hot & stuffy. Ww would go back.

    Superb

I arrived at 10.00am, and as they had a room available they let me check in.They gave me a suite, although I'd booked a single room. No extra charge. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was quaint and charming.Breakfast was adequate. It was a charming hotel right in the city centre. Ideal for shopping sightseeing clubbing etc.It was cheap - £60 a night. I was impressed. \\It was a great choice and made for a very nice experience. Also, if you are coming to Krakow by car, it is very close to one of the most central car parks.

There was nothing that spoiled my stay

The location was perfect, being close to the central market, close to the Galleria shopping, and close to the station.

    Fabulous

the hotel was very well located to the main market square. Was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Stayed here with my 2 teenage children and would go back again. Thank you to the staff and management.

    Very good

Within reach of all amemeties, bars cafes shops etc

As we sleep witht the windows open it was very loud between 1.00am and sometimes as late as 5.00am with the nighclubbers coming out and shouting, screaming and whistleing. Just generally making as much noise as they could. The noise seemed to bounce off the walls and pathways and echoing. Everything was good about the break except for this. We usually make this weekend trips in November or December but just thought we would try a spring visit. You could see the stag parties walking around. A bit off putting to a mid aged couple who like a good time but would prefer not to see groups of blokes out on a drinking session.

Excellent location, close to both the railways station and the main square. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and the WiFi worked in the room. Many good restaurants nearby including the Hotel Unicus restaurant just around the corner - outstanding.

    Superb

We booked a double room and were given a suite that was bigger than our flat. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is ideal: within easy walking distance of the main market square. The street outside our bedroom window tended to be a bit busy with noisy tourists at night, but the sound insulation was excellent: as soon as we shut the window, we could not hear the noise at all.

The breakfast is okay, but nothing to write home about. It would have been nice to have some proper fruit juices rather than sweetened fruit drinks, but this is just a minor point. Our bathroom had a rather badly designed shower: the only way of having a shower without having to hold the shower head was to prop it up with our toothbrush holder and the shower curtain was not that useful. Again, this is just a minor point that did not affect our overall enjoyment.

I loved the suite I had. The bedroom was large with plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable. The lounge was huge and and had very comfortable chairs. The hotel was only 2 minutes away from the main square and very handy. There was a good selection at breakfast. The reception staff were very nice indeed.

It was a bit noisy at night from revellers in the street but that is to be expected so close to the souare.

    Fabulous

Awesome location right in the heart of the Old Town of Krakow. Price was also really good and rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable!

Variety at breakfast was lacking but for the price was fair.

    Fabulous

Fantastic location. The hotel has an old world charm. The rooms are huge, with each having its own separate living room (which is bigger than most hotel rooms in Europe). Lots of restaurants near by and the old town square (stare meastro) is just a five minute walk. Great for families with children. The hotel also has a guest house about 100mtr from the main building. The rooms in the guest house are smaller and cheaper.

The hotel recommended (without providing options) the salt mine tour saying there was only one English tour a day (Oct-Mar). This is true but only for the tour group connected to the hotel. There areEnglish tours every hour. If you have your own car, go directly to the salt mine and book yourself a tour. If not, there are lots of other agencies in Krakow that offers pick up and drop services for the salt mines and other sites.

Ideal location. Staff were very friendly but the breakfast staff not so. The cleaning staff were really nice and warm ladies. The bar was superb serving snacks and reasonably priced pawa. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Good old fashioned hotel, good old fashioned service - helpful and informative staff. Because of excellent central location can be a bit noisy later on at night.

    Exceptional

The hotel exceeded our expectations, The suite was fantastic with so much room it felt like a mini apartment. The view of the streets allowed us to be a part of the local culture. Walking distance with young children to the grocery store, ice cream, market and the centre. Breakfast was a hot one with many choices even for our picky child with food allergies. Highly recommend the hotel to families and couples. The staff were amazing and helpful.
